ALOHA MAI KĀKOU,
Like you, we love the character, charm and people of Kaimukī. Many of the features of our neighborhoods in Kaimukī honor the past, and we believe in preserving that nostalgic, hometown character now and into the future. As times change, your voice will be critical in helping us to protect Kaimukī - at the City and State level - as a livable and thriving community for generations to come.
Please join us at our Community Town Hall meeting to discuss the things that are most important to you: keeping crime rates down and people and property safe, addressing houselessness and the City’s support of unhoused residents, managing appropriate and responsible development based on community input, and addressing long standing traffic concerns. You’ll have a chance to speak with us, get some answers, and work with us to follow up on issues that you need addressed.
We’ll both provide a brief update on a few of the things that we’re working on for you, and then spend time answering questions, and listening to what you have to say. We’re both looking forward to seeing you all for some great dialogue about issues affecting the community we all love, and the place we call home.
Mahalo nui loa,
Tommy & Tina
