Waikele, Royal Kunia, Village Park, Kunia, portions of Mililani, Wahiawā, Whitmore Village, Mokulēʻia, Waialua, Haleʻiwa, Waimea, Pūpūkea, Sunset Beach, Waialeʻe, Kahuku, Lāʻie, Hauʻula, Punaluʻu, Kahana, Kaʻaʻawa, Kualoa, Waiāhole, Waikāne, Kahaluʻu.
Councilmember Matt Weyer represents Honolulu’s expansive Council District 2, which includes Waikele, Kunia, Wahiawā, and the entire North Shore to Kahaluʻu. Councilmember Weyer is a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi’s Richardson School of Law with certificates in Native Hawaiian and Environmental Law, and also received his Master of Public Administration from UH Mānoa. He is also a former domestic violence prosecutor and served most recently as a planner with the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services. Councilmember Weyer brings a wealth of experience from the City’s legislative and executive branches.

- Waialua District Park, 67-180 Goodale Avenue - Open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
⚠️ CLOSURE NOTICE: The Waialua CAC will be closed Wednesday–Friday this week as a safety precaution for the anticipated 3rd Kona Low storm. - Saturday, April 4: An additional Assistance Center will be operating at BYU Hawaii Gymnasium, 12 noon to 5 p.m., schedule may vary.
