Bill 33 (2026), CD1 – Relating to funds. Amending provisions related to Department of Parks and Recreation funds by establishing new revolving funds and updating revenue and reporting requirements.

Resolution 26-157 – Accepting a gift of travel accommodations, meals, and transportation valued at $7,150 from the Fuzhou Municipal People's Government, People's Republic of China, for Councilmember Andria Tupola to attend the 2026 Bond with Kuliang Festival.

Bill 43 (2026) – To rezone land situated at Pa‘ala‘a Kai, Waialua, from the Country District to the R-5 Residential District.
Resolution 26-159 – Urging the State Board of Land and Natural Resources to direct the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Aquatic Resources, to adopt rules prohibiting the harvest of aquatic life from State of Hawaiʻi marine waters for commercial aquarium purposes.
Resolution 26-160 – Urging the Hawaiʻi State Legislature to enact legislation that prohibits the harvest of aquatic life from State of Hawaiʻi marine waters for commercial aquarium purposes.
Resolution 26-165 – Granting a Special Management Area Major Permit to Starfish Infrastructure Inc. and Humuhumu Services, LLC for the cable landing and installation of six new trans-Pacific subsea fiber-optic telecommunication cables within Barber’s Point Beach Park and an adjacent shoreline property.

Resolution 26-164 – Accepting a gift of $25,000 from Real Heaven, Inc., to support public programs, garden maintenance and operational needs at Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Garden.
