Bill 20 (2025), CD1 – Relating to funds. Creating a new fund to assist prospective homebuyers.
SECOND READING:
Bill 32 (2026), CD1 – Relating to public parks, recreational facilities, and botanical gardens. Amending provisions related to public parks, recreational facilities, and botanical gardens.
Bill 18 (2026), CD1 – Relating to affordable housing. Amending various development standards, building construction standards, and other requirements and benefits for affordable rental housing projects.
Bill 30 (2026), CD1 – Relating to public parks. Amending provisions relating to the use of City parks for farmers' markets and food distribution events conducted by nonprofit organizations.
Bill 31 (2026), CD1 – Relating to cultural sites in public parks. Amending provisions related to cultural sites in public parks by establishing a stewardship program, requiring stewardship plans, authorizing Department of Parks and Recreation rulemaking, and imposing fines for violations.

Bill 42 (2026) – To amend a portion of the State Land Use District Boundary Map from the Agricultural District to the Urban District for certain lands situated in the Koʻolau Loa Development Plan Area.

Bill 48 (2026) – Relating to condemnation. Clarifying notice requirements for proposed condemnation actions.

GENERAL RESOLUTIONS
Resolution 26-145 – Authorizing the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services to issue and sell up to $205,000,000 in General Obligation Bonds to finance City capital improvement projects approved in the Capital Budget Ordinances.
Resolution 26-146 – Authorizing the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services to issue and sell up to $11,000,000 in General Obligation Bonds to finance capital costs of the Honolulu Rail Transit Project.
Resolution 26-149 – Approving the grant of perpetual subsurface easements to Hawaiki Submarine Cable USA LLC within portions of the Kahe Point Beach Park.
Resolution 26-151, CD1 – Approving the expenditure of Clean Water and Natural Lands Funds to acquire a perpetual conservation easement over one parcel of land.
Resolution 26-65 – Urging the City Administration to restore the Mauna Lahilahi Cultural Garden by activating and implementing the Mauna Lahilahi Cultural Garden Master Plan.
Resolution 26-134, CD1 – Approving the expenditure of Clean Water and Natural Lands Funds to acquire a perpetual conservation easement over twelve parcels of land known as Ke Kīpuka o Kalaeuila.
Resolution 26-152 – To retain the legal services of Kalama & Farm LLP A Limited Liability Law Partnership as Special Counsel to represent Defendant Arthur J. Logan in the legal action entitled Ammon Fepuleai, et al. v. City and County of Honolulu, et al.
Resolution 26-153 - To retain the legal services of Kobayashi Sugita & Goda, LLP as Special Counsel to represent the Honolulu Liquor Commission in post-settlement proceedings in the legal action entitled Scarlet Honolulu, Inc., et al. v. Honolulu Liquor Commission, et al.
Resolution 26-156 – Authoring the Department of the Corporation Counsel to initiate legal action against Shay Tal and Miriam J.H.S. Tal to stop advertisements of their unpermitted bed and breakfast home or transient vacation unit.
GIFTS ACCEPTANCE
Resolution 26-147, CD1 – Accepting a gift of transportation, lodging, meals, and registration fees from the National Association of State Procurement Officials ("NASPO") for two staff members from the City to attend the NASPO REACH Conference and training event.
Resolution 26-139 – Accepting a gift of $5,000 from the Friends of Hawaiʻi Charities for the upkeep and maintenance of Kahala Community Park.
Resolution 26-141 – Accepting a gift of cash in the amount of $5,000 from Wellcare to the Department of Parks and Recreation for the 55th Annual Senior Citizens’ Valentines Dance.
Resolution 26-148 – Accepting a gift of $6,750.67 from Shinnyo-En Hawaiʻi for the upkeep and maintenance of Ala Moana Regional Park.
Resolution 26-133, CD1 – Accepting a gift of travel, lodging, and related expenses, valued at $4,060.98 from the Trust for Public Land ("TPL") for a representative of the Office of the Managing Director to attend TPL's national Day on the Hill in Washington, D.C..
Resolution 26-140, CD1 – Accepting a gift of travel and related expenses, valued at $659.60 from the County of Hawaiʻi Planning Department for three Department of Planning and Permitting employees to participate at the Regional Planning Focus Group in Hilo.
Resolution 26-142 – Accepting a gift of 3,700 culls valued at $3,700.00 from Asagi Hatchery, Inc. for animal consumption.
Resolution 26-132 – Accepting a gift of tuition, travel, and related expenses, valued at $3,000 from the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) for a representative from the Department of Customer Services to attend the 2026 AAMVA Region 4 Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
