District 4 FY26 Budget Wins

Aloha,

As your Council Chair and a proud resident of District 4, I want to share some exciting news about our City’s Fiscal Year 2026 budget. These investments are not just numbers on a page – they reflect the conversations I’ve had with so many of you, whether at the beach, the park, or around town. They are rooted in what matters most to our families: safer streets, cleaner parks, stronger flood protection, and the preservation of our natural beauty.

This budget represents more than funding – it’s a promise to continue serving our community with aloha, integrity, and action. It’s about solving problems that have gone unaddressed for too long, improving the places where we live and gather, and protecting the health and safety of our residents. Every dollar secured is aimed at improving the quality of life on Oʻahu, now and for future generations.

These wins are the result of your input, your advocacy, and our shared values. As your Council Chair, I will continue to champion innovative solutions to lower the cost of living, improve public safety and infrastructure, and uplift our neighborhoods and parks. My commitment is,  and always will be, to serve with aloha and integrity, and to work tirelessly to build an Oʻahu where every resident and family can thrive.

Let’s continue this work together.

Me ke aloha,

Tommy
