  • Bill 23 (2026), CD2 – Relating to the Executive Capital Budget and Program for Fiscal Year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. 

  • Bill 26 (2026) – Relating to the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Operating Budget for Fiscal Year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

  • Bill 34 (2026), CD2 – Relating to flood hazard areas. Amending the Flood Hazard Area Ordinance, Chapter 21A, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 2021 to update requirements and construction standards for consistency with the requirements of the FEMA. 
     

FIRST READING: 

  • Bill 37 (2026) – To amend portions of the State Land Use District Boundary Maps from the Agricultural District to the Urban District for certain lands situated at Kapolei and Honouliuli in ‘Ewa, Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. Reclassifying approximately 14.837 acres of land in ‘Ewa, Oʻahu, from the State Land Use Agricultural District to the State Land Use Urban District. 

  • Bill 38 (2026) – Relating to the transit-oriented development special district. Expanding the transit-oriented development [“TOD”] special district boundaries to include three additional Skyline rail stations and adding land use standards and guidelines for those areas based on the East Kapolei Neighborhood TOD Plan. 

  • Bill 39 (2026) – Relating to the rezoning of land situated at Kapolei and Honouliuli in ‘Ewa, Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. Changing the zoning of approximately 1,380.5 acres of land in ‘Ewa, Oʻahu.

  • Resolution 26-138 – Authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the land exchange agreement between the City and County of Honolulu and the State of Hawaiʻi, Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, for the Varona Village / ʻEwa Drum Property Exchange, and approving a revised equalization payment.

  • Resolution 26-116 – Accepting a gift of $5,000 from Pacific Harley Davidson on behalf of the Castiglione A Casauria Foundation for the Honolulu Ocean Safety Junior Lifeguard Program. 

  • Resolution 26-111, CD1 – Accepting a gift of shipping services valued at $2,500 from Aloha Air Cargo for shipping flowers and lei for the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. 

  • Resolution 26-112, CD1 – Accepting a gift of cookies valued at $606.00 from Diamond Bakery for the Mayor's Memorial Day Event at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. 

  • Resolution 26-113, CD1 – Accepting a gift of ongoing weekly donations of commercial ti leaves from Murakami Farms for the Mayor's annual Memorial Day ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. 

  • Resolution 26-115 – Accepting a gift of 300 free kids meal coupons from The Old Spaghetti Factory for the Diamond Head Complex Easter Egg Hunt. 

  • Resolution 26-117 – Accepting a gift of three Champion Pickleball Net Systems, twelve Engage Pickleball Encore Pro V2.0 Paddles, and twelve Franklin Pickleballs from Oʻahu Pickleball Association. 

  • Resolution 26-118, CD1 – Accepting a gift of one hundred small corrugated boxes, three hundred medium corrugated boxes, and fifty-four large corrugated boxes from Rengo Packaging for the Mayor's Memorial Day Event at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. 

  • Resolution 26-125 – Accepting a gift of a replacement central air conditioning unit from The Honolulu Zoological Society for the Honolulu Zoo. 

  • Resolution 26-126 – Accepting a gift of additional modifications to the Gharial exhibit pump replacement project that includes an automatic shut-off feature to the City from The Honolulu Zoological Society for the Honolulu Zoo.
