  • Bill 78 (2025) – Relating to parking. Amending the City’s traffic code establishing a citywide Parking Meter Zone for on-street and off-street parking. 

  • Resolution 26-145 – Authorizing the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services to issue up to $205,000,000 in general obligation bonds to fund previously approved capital improvement projects.  

  • Resolution 26-146 – Authorizing the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services to issue up to $11,000,000 in general obligation bonds to fund capital costs for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project. 

  • Resolution 26-147 – Accepting a gift of lodging and conference registration from the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) for two Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Division of Purchasing employees to attend NASPO’s REACH Conference and Training. 

  • Bill 20 (2025) – Relating to funds. Creating a new fund to assist prospective homebuyers.  

  • Bill 29 (2026) – Relating to real property taxation. Amending provisions related to real property tax exemptions. 

  • Bill 40 (2026) – Relating to real property taxation. Addressing real property taxation.

  • Bill 31 (2026) – Relating to cultural sites in public parks. Amending provisions related to cultural sites at public parks.  

  • Bill 33 (2026) – Relating to funds. Amending provisions related to City and County of Honolulu funds. 

Infrastructure, Transportation and Technology (ITT) Committee Meeting | Wednesday, June 24, at 9 a.m.

  • Resolution 26-149 – Approving grant of subsurface easement at Kahe Point Beach Park for Hawaiki Submarine Cable USA LLC’s telecommunications infrastructure expansion.

  • Resolution 26-73 – Acquiring storm drain easements for public use for the Kahaluʻu House and Garden Lots, Unit 3 project and authorizing eminent domain if necessary. 

  • Resolution 26-71 – Approving the sale of Parcel 1-A to Iwalani Tseu and Parcel 2-A to Sidney Walsh at the West Loch Golf Course. 

Zoning and Planning (ZON) Committee Meeting | Thursday, June 25, at 9 a.m.

  • Resolution 26-151 – Approving the use of Clean Water and Natural Lands funds to acquire a perpetual conservation easement over one parcel in Wailupe. 

  • Bill 37 (2025), CD1 – Amending the portions of the State Land Use District Boundary Map from the Agricultural District to the Urban District for certain lands situated in the Hale‘iwa Special District. 

  • Resolution 26-134 – Approving the use of Clean Water and Natural Lands funds to acquire a perpetual conservation easement over twelve parcels at Ke Kīpuka o Kalaeuila in Kahuku. 

Public Safety and Economy (PSE) Committee Meeting | Thursday, June 25, at 1 p.m.
